By purchasing coaching services from Rooted and Wise Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Rooted and Wise Coaching offers one-on-one coaching sessions and digital content to support personal growth and development. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

Coaching will be provided via text or voice call. Video calls are not available.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Full payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. On your bank statement, charges will appear as "Rooted and Wise."

Rooted and Wise Coaching does not have access to your card details, address, or other sensitive financial data. Only your name, phone number, and/or email are collected for record-keeping and communication purposes.

In addition to Stripe, Zelle and PayPal payments are accepted. If using these methods, please contact us directly at sales@rootedandwise.com to arrange the transaction.

3. Confidentiality Statement

Confidentiality and client privacy are core values at Rooted and Wise Coaching. Your information will never be shared with a third party or outside our conversations.

4. Session Expiry & Validity

All sessions are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least one hour prior to the original appointment time.

Unused session minutes are non-transferable and will be forfeited at the end of the scheduled session.

5. Professional Conduct & Topic Restrictions

Rooted and Wise Coaching upholds a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect.

Graphic sexual topics are not within the scope of coaching services offered here. If an inappropriate topic arises during a session, the session will be immediately terminated without refund.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with California state laws.

By purchasing and participating in coaching sessions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
